e-Builder Basic Skills is a good place to start. The links below are basic e-Builder skills learning path. The information on each page has been tailored to reflect how MIT Facilities is using e-Builder. You can progress through the links sequentially, or if you already feel comfortable with certain parts of e-Builder you can go directly to a specific topic.
You can either read the pages on your screen, or you can print out one or more topics if you prefer to have hard copy.
Learn by Role
What you see on a page and your ability to work with certain information or fields in eBuilder is defined by your role. Given the differences in how users will work with e-Builder we have customized documentation for specific roles.
Use this table to identify your role and recommended learning path. Some of the pages included in role-based documentation are similar to those in the basic skills section, but for the most part the role based documentation addresses specific MIT processes.
