Transformed Golden Gate product: 

  • positive control didn't grow any colonies 
  • blue and white colonies on LilrB2 
  • only white colonies on PirB

Digested previous pENTR_LilrB2 and GGDonr

  • Could not figure out how to make the gel imaging station to work. But...
  • Gel did not fluoresce under UV, not even the hyperladder.
