Adding Permissions in Remedy    

1. Login to OnDemand environment with an Administrator account
2. Open AR System Administration Console
3. Open Users form under Application – User/Groups/Roles
   1. You should then pick the process for adding these permissions
   2. Make sure there is a space between each permission group added
   3. Selecting from the menu will sometimes add the permission group right up against that users existing groups and you need to manually insert a space “ “ to avoid error on saving
