- we had some trouble actually getting through the task
- it may be helpful to have les options for the group, be more directive with the agenda
- don't be afraid to take more time on a topic, as we did with this one
- have more milestones
- we need closure
- we need to feel like we made progress
- having this large a group is difficult to manage
- but as leaders we should be able to work in this kind of structure
- we can always be doing work outside this meeting and bringing this to the group
- we can breakdown into smaller groups for certain deliverables
- good progression over this series of meetings
- need group to get going more quickly
- people need to do more prep before the meeting
- facilitation of bridged meetings helpful
- having a series, as opposed to just one session
- good future topic: "what do I need to do to support a core service?"
