        • ISSUE: No way of knowing what source matches to what version
        • If you click regenerate on a file that is an XML file that has some templates associated with it, it will regenerate the templates without you having to edit something
        • ISSUE: Could only use integrated Java code to do this, so it's not an extension... it is tied directly into the source... not extensible
        • Get "scenario" from Joe on this to see what he WANTS to do... and get them to DO IT - post it to forum

        • "Create your own workflow" did not go that well
        • Eyestreet homework / solutions
        • Attempting to deploy workflow, going slowly
        • Alfresco is hinting that the workflow piece needs attention? Malcolm advised to keep workflow simple because it may very well change...

        • 2.0 Enterprise is up on CS2 with MySQL
        • CS1, working on getting virtualization is up today (Java / Timezone issue?)
        • Then going to work on getting virtualization and Oracle working on CS2
        • New Priority - get CS2 up, then sort out what happened to CS1
        • ISSUE: Still need to bounce the server to redo Admin accounts, etc.
          ***We are not there right now... we need a couple more days at the minimal level... can we have something by Tuesday? YES!!!

    • Update Craig about Friday meeting... resources will be present to answer server config questions
    • Check on "approved senders / inputs" with Alfresco

    • Get Helen (Alfresco support)up to speed - Concerns about getting complaints handled
    • Talk to Catherine about feasibility of 3/15 demo of PoC
    • Email Catherine and Malcolm about "Oracle license file" issue
