The Reporting and Forecasting Tool (RAFT) shows Institute Fiscal Officers what has been charged to their Cost Objects and forecasts changes to those charges based on changes in their base budget. We have deployed and are updating RAFT Phase III. The live application, is located at https://mv-ezproxy-com.ezproxyberklee.flo.org/.

RAFT PIII (RAFT 3) November 1, 2013 Release Notes

A "bug fix and minor changes" release was moved into production.
Changes for this release include:

Bug Fixes

  • Issues with worksets inconsistently showing children
  • Issue with new worksets not being displayed
  • Fix on subaward line entry issues
  • Exclude proposals from system where proposal end date < today

Minor changes

  • New flag to allow users to exclude comments when publishing
  • Performance improvement on navigation displays for worksets
  • Requested change on Internal Order balance calculation (revenue handling)
  • Performance improvements on forecasting

We request that users please review the forecasting functionality as recent improvements have been made.
