The Reporting and Forecasting Tool (RAFT) shows Institute Fiscal Officers what has been charged to their Cost Objects and forecasts changes to those charges based on changes in their base budget. We have deployed and are updating RAFT Phase III. The live application, is located at https://mv-ezproxy-com.ezproxyberklee.flo.org/.

RAFT PIII (RAFT 3) September 10, 2013 Release Notes

A "bug fix and minor changes" release was moved into production on 08/16//2013.
Changes for this release include:

Bug Fixes

  • Workset definition fixes
  • Internal order balance calculation now defaults to cost object effective/expiration date (was using the fiscal year when expiration date was note set (or was set to 12/31/2999)
  • Performance optimization on Quick Search
  • Fix inverted sign on balance calculations for funds not sponsored
  • Fixed incorrect budget usage on workset/cost object view
  • Authorized total calculation no longer automatically add in the authorized totals of children (let us know if this is something we should bring back)
  • Alert people not loading for some people

Minor changes

  • Reports updated:
    Budgets vs. Actuals, Raft Summary Statement, Workset People Crosstab, Workset People List, Workset Cost Object List, Workset Current Balances
