CSF Application Upgrades

Overview

The CSF Application Upgrades Initiative will deliver the following:  1)  upgrade applications currently on CSF 1.0 to 2.0; 2) convert applications on sais-common to CSF 2.0; 3) remove the business logic from CSF.
