Needs:
- A more consistent, convenient means to keep in touch with parents
- Centralized (rather than distributed) approach to updating parents
- Two-way communication between parents and teachers for feedback and input

Teachers who only contact parents in urgent situations |
Behaviors:
- Contact parents primarily by phone
- Communication regarding bad behavior and failures
Needs:
- Would like a more guaranteed means to contact parents who may be hard to reach (disconnected phones, no internet access, etc.)

Teachers who would like to give parents general, weekly/bi-weekly updates |
Behaviors:
- Contact parents by phone, email, text messages
- Communication regarding general trends in behavior, grades, homework, events/meetings
