Future Issue and possible solutions: User needs to move existing forecasts to a new workset: solution a: create a dialog that lists cos and forecasts, or just forecasts, allows user to pick the ones they want to move over; solution b: create a version of the dynamic workset screen, or an addition to it, that allows users to create a dynamic workset with filtered forecasts (ie take all or some of the existing forecasts from the dynamic workset query and move them into the new workset, ie save as with filters).
