FY13 marks the beginning of a IT Service Management Road Map, referenced in the larger IS&T Customer Support Road Map
Projects under consideration and development include:
- Larger Remedy Change Management roll out in Operations & Infrastructure
- CMDB build out with custom UI (implementation of the IS&T Service Portfolio)
- Help Desk ITSM process implementation (request, problem, etc)
- connection/linkages to other work streams such as knowledge management
