The MTL User & Machine Management System (MUMMS) is a Web based application for the managing of MTL users and computers. MUMMS can be used for many purposes, including:
- Update information related to MTL users and computers (name, email address, settings, etc.)
- Add or remove services for users (ICL/TRL, CAD, etc.)
- View and update the status of prerequisites for those services (EHS training, signoff from staff, etc.)
- Assign charges for those services to specific supervisors and cost objects
MUMMS Roles

MUMMS provides information to the MTL Cost Recovery system which generates charges for MTL services. These charges are then uploaded to MIT SAP. |
