This is the home page for the Data Definitions Working Group.
The mission of the Working Group on Data Definitions is to help promote
a common understanding of data available at the Institute. We hope to
determine appropriate and consistent definitions of data elements
related to people, money, space and research so that both internal and
external reporting at the Institute is accurate, timely, consistent and
reliable. In so doing, we hope to identify trends and help
decision-makers at the Institute make well-informed decisions.
