Plotters

For the Designjet plotters (P07-433-DLUX, P03-415-DLUX, P05-414-DLUX), print to DESIGNJET_ARCH_PLOTTERS. To print to the Pagewide in 07-434, print to PAGEWIDE_ARCH_PLOTTER. When printing the job, be sure that the document you are printing is the same size as the custom size that you are attempting to print to.

To release the jobs, simply tap your MIT ID card at the scanner, and your queued jobs will be released in sequential order. If you are having issues releasing your printed jobs via badge scanner, please see below for instructions on how to release via the web interface: 

When connected to either the GlobalProtect VPN or MIT SECURE WiFI, navigate to http://arch-pcut:9191/user

1. Click 'Jobs Pending Release'.

2. View, or cancel your jobs in progress to a given printer. 

3. To release a job, you will need to visit the printer in person to tap your ID. 

4. Select the name of the printer you would like to print to. 


 

Copiers

In the print menu of the software from which you’re printing, you will have the choice of several different print queues: 

  • B&W_ARCH_COPIERS 

  • COLOR_ ARCH_COPIERS   

The names are fairly self explanatory, with the black and white and color queues both directing to M07-344 and M07-433. Click one of these options to release to one of the two print queues, then go to the plotter, printer or copier that you’d like to print from.

Once there, you can tap your MIT ID Card, or type in your Kerberos ID and password.

On the copiers (M07-344 or M07-433), Tap 'Print Release' and select the pending jobs that you’d like to print. See below:
