Process Details

    • This process provides a department, lab, center or college the ability to provide the DOF information regarding minor work they would like done. The DLC can also use this process as a request for DOF services.
    • This process is a public URL that allows any user to send a request irrespective of having an eBuilder account.

    1 The requestor fills out the MDLC Request form, providing information about the work.

    2 The information is reviewed by the DOF DLC Program Manager

    3 If the DOF DLC Program Manager determines that the request does not need any resources from the DOF they indicate this and the process completes

    4 If the process is determined to need additional review, a mail merge is created that is attached to a Notify DLC step

    5 The process completes only if the contracts admin has confirmed that a new project was started using Project 99976
