quick note about homepage main nav rollover

when the main nav button is rollovered, a preview of the lower level topic will be revealed and they will also be clickable. because of my limited html skill, i can't program it for the design review. so i made a separated page to show the sub nav rollover effect: http://www.inkd.net/dl/mit/neo/r02/neo_r02B_rollover.html

quick note about lower level page nav rollover

i would like to suggest to keep the rollover simple for the main nav.
having the sub nav appear as the main nav. rollover, may create confusion.
