Daptiv PPM Support for IS&T

Currently, support for Daptiv PPM is being handled by the implementation team and the IS&T Project Services Office.

Account Requests	Please complete the attached request form and send to the PPM Administrative Team ppm-admin@mit.edu Please cc your manager on your request
Logging In	The URL for PPM is login.daptiv.com Your user name will be your MIT e-mail address. Passwords are specific to the user and will be sent upon account creation.
Password Resets	Please use the "I Forgot My Password" link on the login page

General System Use	User documentation can be found on the User Documentation page There is also extensive help available within the PPM system by clicking on the Help and Support link in the upper right-hand corner of the screen once you have logged in.
