These reports display information regarding the funding sources and budget of all projects registered in the e-Builder system, grouped by the project manager assigned to the project in e_builder
Why are These Useful:
These reports provide the information on the sources of funding, and the budget available for the project. They provide project and program managers with a convenient location to find all the information on the budget for projects they are assigned to in one location.
Project Manager Version
This version has the funding source information grouped under the designated project manager. For each of the projects shown, the source of funding is given, along with the current balance, the amount spent, and the variance in the amount of money spent on the project compared to the budgeted amount.
