This report is designed for program and project managers, CC directors and accounting. It is made to show how close a project is to it's completion date, or how late it is running, in a visual representation.
Why is This Useful
This report gives a visual representation of the time a project has until it needs to be complete, and how late it is running. If a project has been late for a long time, this could indicate that the project's completion has not been indicated in the system.
Components
For each project on the report, the project number, status and manager are listed, along with the program manager, primary and secondary cost object and a description of the project. The finish date is given as well, with the days until the finish date. To either side of the finish date are empty spaces that are filled in with colored squares based on the range of the number of days from completion.
