After our chat with Joe and Dave last Wednesday, October 10th, the team made some changes to the mechanism and aesthetics of our yo-yo.
- Bitcoin logo side
- We decided to add a ring to this side of the yo-yo and have it connect to the Bitcoin logo. Thus, this piece will snap-on to the black dome. Below, to the left, is a picture of the first design, and to the right is a picture of the current design
- Stock Market side
- The stock market line will be extended to attach to the outer ring and the entire part will be a snap-on. Thus, we have deterred from the original idea of making the line a channel in which a liquid with gold glitter (like that in snow globes) will be inserted and will be able to move around freely within the channel.
- Shaft for string gap
- As for the shaft originally designed, we will changed t those manufactured in class since it
