Failure Investigation
The nozzle used for this hotfire had previously been used in 6 Xaphan Blue 1G 98 static fires. It had a larger throat than the nozzle that failed in Characterization Static Fire #1. This nozzle blew after approximately 3 seconds. Analysis is ongoing.
