Result or Product of this Process
This process results in the assignment of team members (Project Coordinator, Construction Safety Officer and SEG lead) to a project. The process is reviewed by the eB Admin and the selected team members are added to the project and notified.
- This process is spawned by the 02.03 CRSP Screening Kickoff (CRSPK) or initiated by the e-B admin for non-CRSP projects. A project manager may initiate this process.
- The process can be reviewed by the e-B admin, Project Manager, and the Program Manager.
- No other processes are spawned by Team Assignment.
Initiation
The process is started by the eB Admin, Project Manager or automatically spawned by the CRSP Screening Process.
The initiator fills out the required fields take the following action:
Submit
- Status of Process: Submitted
- If Project Manager has already been assigned, process moves to Team Assignments w/o Program Manager
- If Project Manager has not been assigned, process moves to Team Assignments
Team Assignments w/o Program Manager
Each actor in this step assigns their respective team members and takes the following action:
Submit
- Status of Process: Pending
- Next Step: eB Admin
Team Assignments
Each actor in this step assigns their respective team members and takes the following action:

- Status of Process: Pending

eB Admin
eB Admin assigns all team members selected to the project and takes the following action:
Complete
- Status of Process: Approved
- Next Step: Finished
