This process enables project managers to self report current project status.
- The primary actor for this process is the Project Manager
- No other actors actively work with this process. All actors benefit from regular and accurate updates to projects
- No other processes are spawned from this process
The project manager is responsible for timely updates.

The Process instructions to access the process form
- Use the Project Status dropdown to indicate the project status.
- Use the Latest Project Update text box to enter your update. Note the text box can be expanded by grabbing the lower right corner with your pointing device. You may check spelling in the text box using the Check Spelling button.
- Indicate if the project schedule has been updated in the Schedule module.
- Update the PM Estimate at completion.
- Add a photo if you wish to do so.
The Save Draft button will save a draft of your update so that you may return to it later.
Click Submit to update the project.
