Summary
This process results in the assignment of team members (Project Coordinator, Construction Safety Officer and SEG lead) to an e-Builder project.
- This process is spawned by the 02.03 CRSP Screening Kickoff (CRSPK) or initiated by the e-B admin for non-CRSP projects. A project manager may initiate this process.
- The process can be reviewed by the e-B admin, Project Manager, and the Program Manager.
- No other processes are spawned by Team Assignment.

Actors and Actions
This process is started by the eB Admin, or automatically spawned by the CRSP Screening Process. If a Project Manager has been assigned the process moves to Team Assignments w/o a Program Manager. If a Project Manager has not been assigned the process moves to Team Assignments. The eB admin will assign all team members to the project prior to Finish

The names of eligible individuals, as determined by their e-Builder role(s), are displayed in a dropdown menu for each position being filled. This process is considered complete when a Project Coordinator, Construction Safety Officer and SEG Lead have all been assigned to the project.
