Expected band size on both amplicons is ~700bp - both had correct band patterns
Both PCRs were purified with QiaQuick Potential mixup between Gal4VP16 and CD79B amplicons but both are being used in the same golden gate so this should be inconsequential. Significant contamination was detected in the Gal4VP16 upon nanodroping.
