Office Reservations
Anyone affiliated with the GSC may reserve the main GSC office (50-220) for a meeting. This includes members of GSC committees and subcommittees, in addition to council and institute representatives.
- To view the current calendar: GSC Office Calendar
- To add the calendar to your Google Calendar: Click on "+ Google Calendar" on the bottom right corner of the GSC Office Calendar
- To gain permission to add events to the Google Calendar: Email gsc-secretary@mit.edu with your gmail.com address
- To add one-off events to the Google Calendar: Email gsc-secretary@mit.edu with your event date and time
Office Access
To gain access to the GSC office with your MIT card, please contact the GSC administrators at gsc-admin@mit.edu. Please include your affiliation with the GSC, MIT ID number, and cc gsc-officers@mit.edu.
