IT Exit Checklist

The following is a list of tasks to be performed whenever a CRE Faculty or Staff member leaves:

• Scan dropbox/infrastructure/inventory system/inventory.xlsx for any equipment owned/used by departing employee
• Scan coupahost for any equipment owned/used by departing employee
• Go through dropbox with employee and assign ownership of any departmental folders/items to cre-dropbox or the appropriate employee
• Set up out of office email
• Set up call forwarding for the user's MIT phone number 
• Collect Keys
  • Office keys
  • Tech Cabinet Keys
