What needs to be done to fix the problem:
- Uninstall SAPGui 7.2
- Move Applications -> SAP to Trash
- Move the following directory to the Trash: Macintosh HD -> Library -> Preferences -> SAP
- On the menu bar, at the top, select Go to reveal the drop-down menu and then hold down the Option key (marked ALT) and you will see the ~/Library folder appear. You may now select this ~/Library folder with your mouse or trackpad.
- Move the following directory to the Trash: Userhome -> Library -> Preferences -> SAP
- Install SAPGui 7.3 from IS&T
- Please note when using SAPGui 7.3 there are some known issues for 10.7 and 10.8.
