Process Details

  • The all processes radio button should be selected.
  • Select RFQ Review (RFQR) in the Type of Process dropdown menu.
  • Select all Statuses in the Status dropdown menu.
  • Open the list of RFQs by clicking on the Subject column RFQ as shown below.

  • On this step the Initiator of the process is given the opportunity to fill out many fields these fields fall into the categories of Firm Information, Billing Information, Local Address, Contract Details, Type of Firm, Firm Certifications & Registrations, Key Personnel Business and Financial Information, Disclosures and General Questions, Safety & Insurance, Sustainability Programs & Operational Information, and Experience with Partner Model.
  • Upon submission the next step is OCP Planner Review.

  • On this step the OCP Planner has the opportunity to review the information that was entered into the process. The OCP Planner will select a choice for the Status field.

  • The e-Builder Processes screen appears. Set your filter options as below, then click the Filter button.
  • The all processes radio button should be selected.
  • Select RFQ Review (RFQR) in the Type of Process dropdown menu.
  • Select all Statuses in the Status dropdown menu.

After clicking on the RFQ the in the Subject column the below screen appears.

  • Follow the instructions highlighted in blue to Click the Attached Processes tab. A list of the RFQ submissions for which your comments are being requested is displayed. Open each submission and review the information on the screen and any attached documents.

The Comments page allow you to add comments. Note the ability to Check Spelling for text entered into the text box. The text box can be expanded by grabbing and adjusting the lower right corner. Use the Add Comment Button when you are finished.
