Purpose

The CRE: AV Events calendar is used to track: when equipment is needed and when we need to cover specific events.

  • When equipment is reserved/needed (for example, Meeting Owls or USB Microphones)
  • When classroom lectures are happening and we've been requested to help

Usage

This calendar is intended to be used by CRE IT & AV Staff, although everyone is able to view event titles and location fields. Event details are restricted to CRE IT/AV Staff.

Noteworthy Settings (for IT)

  • None - it would be good to set up canned responses (either as signatures or something else), so we can invite people that request resources, as well as the individual covering it. For example, if James requests a Meeting Owl on Tuesday, I can create an event and
