Purchases
To buy Apple equipment, log into Coupa and select Apple from the right-hand menu. Make your selections and proceed as normal.
You should always buy Apple devices, such as iPads, iPhones, and computers through Coupa so these can be enrolled in Apple's Device Enrollment Program (DEP) and managed through JAMF. Purchases made at an Apple store or through third-party retailers are not eligible for DEP.
Returns
If you are not set up as a returns specialist for the Apple MIT EDU online store, contact MIT's Apple sales representative (b2p can provide you with the contact information) to create an account.
Once you have an account, sign into ecommerce.apple.com with your email address to start the return process.
Once signed in, go to the menu icon in the upper right and select Returns Request.
On the next page, click on the Create Return Request link.
Enter the requested information.
Once you submit the return request, the request goes to Apple's sales support group, who will review and respond.
