The testing rig
The EVAL board acceleration seen by a known acceleration was compared to the datasheet to confirm proper usage of the accelerometer. The datasheet reported that the expected response was 20 mV/g of deviation bias from the input voltage. The empirical data recovered followed this reported value to the 2nd significant digit.
