  1. Could be done in Flash or Java. Prefer Flash for two reasons:
    1. Easier to program,
    2. Our multi-media overview is Flash based. This reduces compatibility testing
  2. Need to address Flash usability/compatibility
    1. For users lacking Flash
    2. For users with incompatible flash versions
