3. Multimedia Development; (Ken)
- Recording schedule update
- All narrators have been selected and parts (courtesy of Kath) assigned
- In addition to the 7/23pm and 7/24am sessions, we are adding an 8/4 am session:
- This will accommodate Ken Hewitt's schedule
- And give us an opportunity to re-record a slide or two, if necessary for other narrators.
- Chuck will act as contact point as Ken will be on vacation
- Script Distribution-
- We will be providing advance copy to the narrators
- There is value soliciting preliminary comments from the narrators?
- We will provide guidance on the type of comments we're looking for; we don't need complete rewrites.
- Script update coordination
- Once Ken starts building PP slides, script changes should be text only (via email, or via a Word document, whatever is easer.)
- This will avoid having to recreate the slides- the script changes will be pasted in the notes section only.
- Prototype location
- Laurie to set up Ken with access to new site
- hrweb.mit.edu/welcome/slides/benefits
- This will allow us to introduce new audio slides for other topics
