We have partnered with MIT Copytech to offer new poster printing options for the Koch Institute.   Their large-format color printer produces high-quality, full-color posters up to 54” in width by nearly any length, they have broader options for finishing, and will deliver anywhere on campus.  The code to use on the site is KochInstitute2023.


Orders, Pricing, Payment & Pick-up/Delivery Options:

  • Orders:
    • Use the specific KI ordering button available on the ordering site (tip: you will need to scroll down to find the KI button)
    • Login with Kerberos ID and KITS-provided password
    • Most large format posters are done within 1-2 business days.
    • Hours of operation are Mon-Fri, 8am to 5pm. Deliveries are made between 8:30am - 4:30pm. 

  • Pricing:
    • Standardized pricing is $6/sq ft
      • 40x40 = $66.66
      • 40x50 = $81.54
      • 40x60 = $100.02
    • Foam Core printing is also available at $10/sq ft

  • Payments:
    • Online/In-person: Credit/Debit Card (Visa/Mastercard/Discover), MIT Cost Object

  • Pick-up/Delivery:
    • Within 48 hours of order
    • Pickup in-person at CopyTech (Building 11-004)
    • Delivery on-campus at no charge

Instructions:

  • Select Large Format Posters in the left hand menu
  • Click Add under Koch Institute Poster Sessions (tip: SCROLL DOWN to find the button for KI)

  • Enter poster details (quantity, dimensions, etc.) and click Continue.  
  • If you do not see the KI Logo and Koch Institute Poster Sessions, please go back and select the KI specific Add button


  • Upload your poster and crop/scale/rotate as needed. 
  • Type Koch Institute Poster in the Special Instructions field
  • Click Checkout when ready.

  • Confirm quantities and specify pickup/delivery options. Click Billing Info when ready.

  • Enter Billing Information, then review and complete your order.
