- feedback thus far:
- Who is going to define processes to go with the templates?
- Do the templates say who should complete them i.e. BA, PM etc.? should assess and include who the recommended preparer is.
- Sometimes project workers need guidance on completing the templates. Are all fields in the templates explained?
- Overall very positive response!
- Pat will put up posters regarding the CoP after the holidays
