  • Training Team presentation, by Kate Kibbee.

    • COEUS is an excellent example of MIT Trainer adding enormous value by completely absorbing the locally important business process material in addition to the operation of the system.  A member of OSP is in the room during the session to provide 3rd-tier support for deep technical questions.  The Asst Director of OSP has measured the post-training error rate in the system and it visibly decreased after these classes.

  • Discussion/clarification of the PA Process.
    • April 10 -- draft ratings due to Wilson, Joan fusco and Ed Dolan (the CSS reps in IST-hr)..   A simple spreadsheet will be easiest -- just name and rating.  HR will add everything else they usually add. 
    • A css-wide calibration meeting will be scheduled between the 20th and the 1st. 
    • In-depth conversation with employees happens next, where ratings are discussed.  
    • Final rating due May 7 to HR. 
    • Signed paper writeup due by May 30.
