Design Analysis

Learnability - The main menu shows everything the user can do.  However, there are no descriptions to what each thing means and so the user may not know exactly what "stories" means.  In addition, "FAQ" is a misleading title, as it could refer to FAQ's about the college (which it does) or FAQ's about the system itself.  There are some nice affordances in the system (the dots on the general stats page that show that the user can swipe them, the sliders on the feedback page, the arrows on the event page, etc.).  However, there may not be a strong enough affordance that shows that the user can click on pictures in the stories page to see their profile. The question page shows everyone's questions, so that the user does not ask the same question and can see clearly how the page works (ideally the page would autorefresh with questions).

Efficiency - The main downside to the system is that the User has to travel back to the home page to go to a different part of the site.  The user would also have to cycle through days to see events, rather than an "at a glance" functionality that lets them see multiple days at once. In order to see their current location, the User has to go to the Tour page or home page., instead of having it always accessible.

Safety - The main benefit to safety of the system is the constant back button in the top right corner that lets the User go back and undo what they just did.  Schedule a meetup takes the User to another screen, which gives them a chance to go back if they didn't mean to do it.  Almost everything is recoverable. There are headings on most of the pages so that the user knows where they are (what "mode" they are in).
