The intent of the IS&T Project Community of Practice is to create a forum for practicing project workers (including project managers, business analysts, developers, operational and support staff) to share, learn and grow in the profession of project management.
This space is intended to help staff get practical advice from peers to help solve project challenges in the following ways:
email list for questions, comments and tips: ist-cop@mit.edu
access to volunteer coaches within the department
Cafe Talks on specific topics (starting Spring 2012)
training provided through IS&T Human Resources (starting Fall 2012)
