• we had some trouble actually getting through the task
    • it may be helpful to have les options for the group, be more directive with the agenda
  • don't be afraid to take more time on a topic, as we did with this one

    • we need to feel like we made progress
  • having this large a group is difficult to manage
    • but as leaders we should be able to work in this kind of structure
    • we can always be doing work outside this meeting and bringing this to the group
    • we can breakdown into smaller groups for certain deliverables
