  • Sequencing results received 
    • LilrB2 is correct 
    • PirB: suspected Qsite ligation with the C terminus gblock in pENTR
  • New PirB colonies picked 
  • pENTR eBFP miniprepped and PCRed 
  • Restriction digest on LilrB2 repeated because we suspected quality of digestion
  • Gel verification of LilrB2 and PirB PCR products ran 
    • LilrB2 = 1900 bps

    • PirB = 2500 bps (won't work becasue pENTR is not what we thought it was)
