Our second storyboard focused on designing for an extreme user. We chose the illiterate or semi-literate as our target user group. The goal of this design was to stretch our thinking and create something We wanted to make this design extremely simple and clear.
When the user
We emphasized visual and pictoral resprentations to make the process as easy for the user as possible. This included a lot of informative graphics, as well as strong visual feedback for when the user made changes and selections.
