What information to give new graduates in their folders or via email around graduation is somewhat a matter of discretion.
You should give them some sort of club welcome and information on rounds. It's a good idea to email these as well as give them the papers in the graduation folders.
Another thing that should either go in packets or get talked about beforehand is how to transition to the club - club has all levels of dancers, you need to find your own partners, asking for help, practice, etc.

- How being a club member works (gate, voting membership, getting partners, angeling etc)
- Weekly jobs
- How the club operates (EC, appointed officers, etc)
- Advice on how to get better at squares
