02.03 - CRSP Screening Kickoff - CRSPS (with PM Assignment) (CRSPS)

• This process can be started by the CRSP Admin, CRSP Admin Assistant or the e-B Admin.
• The initiator fills out the required fields then clicks Submit.  Drafts of the process are visible to CRSP Admin and the CRSP Admin Assistant.
• The next step is CRSP Assistant Update Details

• The CRSP Admin Assistant reviews the process, completes the required fields and clicks Submit.
• The next step is CRSP Screening Review

CRSP Admin or CRSP Admin Assistant reviews the process, completes the required fields and takes one of the following actions:

• If the Revise action is taken the Next Step is CRSO Assistant Update Details.
• If the Denied action is taken the Next Step is Finish.
• If the Proceed to Provost action is taken the Next Step is Provost Office Review
• If the Team Assignment action is taken the next step is Assign a Project Manager.
  • When Team Assignment is selected the process is sent for action by the e-B admin. A submit from the eB admin spawns the Team Assignments process.
• If the Planner Only action is taken the next step is OCP Assignor.
• If the Put On - Hold action is taken the next step is Hold Step.
• If the Misc Projects action is taken the next step is eB Admin.
• If the Prgm/Manager Change action is taken the next step is eBAdmin.

• A process remains in this step until taken off hold At that point, the Hold for eB Admin User reviews the process and takes one of the following actions:
• If the Void action is taken the next Step is Finish Step.
• If the Return to Screening action is taken the next Step is CRSP Screening Review.

• The actor selected from the CRSP Screening Review step reviews the process, adds comments, and takes one of the following actions:
• If the Revise to CRSP Screening action is taken the next step is CRSP Screening Review.

• The OCP Assignor reviews the process, fills out the required field and takes one of the following actions:
• If the Update Project action is taken the next step is eB Admin.
• If the Ask CRSP Admin action is taken the next step is CRSP Screening Review.

• The eB Admin reviews the process, adds the Project Manager to the project, updates the required fields and takes the following action:
• If the Submit action is taken the next step is Team Assignments.

• The eB Admin reviews the process, creates the project, updates the required fields and takes one of the following actions:
• If the Submit to MOU action is taken the next step is MOU Required?
• If the Submit to Finish action is taken the next step is Finish.

• The MOU Required conditional step determines the path the process takes based on the value found in the MOU Required field as marked in a previous step. One of the following paths is taken:
• If the conditional evaluates to True (Yes) the next step is PM Verifies Team Assignment.
• If the conditional evaluates to False (No) the next step is Finish.

• The eB Admin reviews the process and makes the indicated change to the Program Manager. They then take the following action:
• When the Submit action is taken, the next step is Assign a Project Manager.

• The Project Manager verifies that the Team Assignments have been completed, confirms in the process, and takes the following action:
• When the Submit action is taken the next step is MOU and Stage 1 Budget (Spawn).

• When the Submit action is taken from the PM Verifies Team Assignment step, the process proceeds to this spawn step which starts the 02.02 - MOU and Stage 1 Budget - CRSP (non-cost) process.
• When the Submit action is taken the next step is Finish.

• When the automation step completes a 02.05 - MOU - CRSP (Non-Cost) (MUS1) process is spawned and the next step is Finish.
