PCR of Lyn+stop
Gel shows unsuccessful PCR of Lyn+stop from pENTR Lyn (pDONR223).
Forward primer: iGEM CR 006 F
Reverse primer: iGEM CR 007 R
Annealing Temperature: 60C
Run using samples after PCR purification. Same Lyn+stop sample loaded twice on gel because the sample+dye floated to the surface rather than sinking into the well. This happened for both wells into which Lyn+stop sample was loaded.
