Torch, with Acetylene or Oxygen and Flammable Gas (Propane, etc)

Not permitted unless there are extraordinary circumstances and measures in place. If
you want to ask permission, first check with Project Manus, who will then send you to
EHS if you meet certain criteria. Permission to do red light activities will be very rare.
