Our Problem:
Oceans are being depleted due to increased fish demand and global environmental crisis. These lead to a decrease in the biodiversity of the ocean, changes in the composition of water (for example salinity), changes in the genetic composition of marine species, disturbances of the food web and ecosystem, and the depletion of coral reefs. This is further aggravated by the use of efficient fishing technology, the lack of sufficient scientific data regarding the oceans, invasive species, and the ignorance and apathy of people towards this oceanic crisis.
