Problem Statement:

A common problem with current medical practice is that the patient often forgets to take their medication. It is hard for patients to keep track of what medicines to take based on the paper slips they receive from the doctor and it is easy to get confused. According to a study by Express Scripts, an independent prescription-filling company, missed meds could cost more than $250B a year. This will create problems to the doctors as well, as they cannot give the best treatment to their patients without knowing whether they have taken the correct medications.
