- we are struggling with two issues: assess management (service portfolio) and workflow and procedure management (calendar, processes)
- need to decide how to use additional information Scott elicited from us
- need to narrow scope into digestible chunks
- need to revisit requirements and refine
- need to decide how to house the service portfolio and structure it
- need to revisit Release Core charter and begin marketing plan

- calendar (in progress)
Next steps:
- review scope in conjunction with service catalog (12/16/10)
- create new project plan time line (12/16/10)
