ACD Dashboard Production

Dashboard Production for the ACD system involves generating ACD reports using eOn Supervisor Workspace, and reporting sign-up sheet data from the http://web.mit.edu.ezproxyberklee.flo.org/scheduler/www system.  The ACD.xlsm worksheet puts all this information into the same time series and calculates some variables from the raw report information.   That data is organized graphically at a couple different levels of detail. 

This document describes much of how to extract the necessary ACD reports and assemble the data in the workbook to produce the reports.
